Built by people who priced the bids.
ScopeSense started from a specific failure: a commercial bid that lost its margin after award, because the emergency lighting circuits were never in the priced scope. Nobody was careless — the item simply never surfaced from a 300-page tender pack read under deadline.
So the tool is narrow on purpose. It reads drawings and specifications for electrical and MEP scope, flags what is usually specified but often missed, and checks the clauses that actually change a bid: DIN VDE 0100, IEC 60364, and the EU Construction Products Regulation with its Digital Product Passport obligations. It is not a construction management platform and not a general takeoff tool.
We are opening it in stages rather than all at once, so each workspace is tested against real tender documents before contractors depend on it.
