1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the ScopeSense service ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ScopeSense provides bid-preparation software for electrical and MEP contractors — including scope extraction, gap detection, compliance checks and pricing tools. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance or events beyond our control.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for the actions of anyone using your credentials. Notify us immediately at security@scopesense.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscription and payment
Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at the end of a billing cycle. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you have no right to share.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or overwhelm the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the data you upload. We retain all rights to the Service, including its software, models and documentation.
7. AI-generated content
Outputs from AI models (scope extractions, price predictions, gap warnings) are provided as decision support, not as a professional opinion. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them in a commercial bid.
8. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Berlin, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced 30 days in advance. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
